What was your education and career path before you landed in HR?
Graduate of Western – spent 9 months as a bookkeeper for a landscaping business and the rest of my career has been in banking.
If you weren't so damn good at your job, what would you be doing?
Out rescuing dogs and finding them their forever homes!
What's the most inspiring part of your job?
Helping employees learn and grow, along with helping them thru stressful times in their lives when they just need a shoulder to lean on.
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
Read everyone's mind…it would make my job a lot easier.
When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Tornado chaser or race car driver. As you can see, neither of them was a realistic adult profession.
What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars here at Citizens?
Don’t fear change, embrace it. Without change, you do not grow!
If you could invent a holiday, what would it involve?
