Congratulations to Jill McGrath on her promotion to Business Banking Specialist II in our La Crosse office!
Jill’s story here at Citizens State Bank began in March of 2015 as a Loan Processor and she was then promoted to a Loan Processor II! A few years later Jill decided to take on the Business Banking Specialist role and try out a different department! With her continued dedication, hard work, and passion, we know she will excel and do whatever she can to help the bank grow!
“Excellence” is one of our Core Values that Jill demonstrates each and every day. Within our Business Banking Department, Jill has been known to have a keen eye for detail, which has made different processes much more effective and efficient. In fact, the one thing that she is looking forward to the most in her new role is to continue to look for more efficient ways to complete day to day tasks for the Business Banking team! Jill’s ability to problem solve, take on projects, assist when needed, and have a positive attitude are all things we value about her a lot!
