Please help us congratulate Charlene Chang on her promotion to Deposit Operations Specialist II in our La Crosse office!
Charlene joined us in December of 2021 as a Deposit Operations Specialist I and she has been growing nonstop ever since! She continually steps up, shows great leadership in her department, and has built amazing relationships with both our customers and her coworkers! All these things are very valuable to our organization, which makes us so happy to have an employee like Charlene on our team!
One of our Core Values here at the bank is “engaged” and Charlene is a great example of how much engagement can impact those around her. From making teas for her coworkers, putting on a Mario Cart tournament, going for ice cream walks, sending out thoughtful baskets for customers, and so much more, she truly goes out of her way to make everyone around her happy and bring a smile to their face! This is something we admire about Charlene a lot because she willingly puts others before herself and blends right into the culture we have here!
Again, congratulations Charlene! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what else you’ll accomplish!
