Please help us congratulate Skylar Rickstad on her promotion to a CER II in our La Crosse office!
Skylar has been with Citizens State Bank since July of 2022 as a part time CER and has been working here while attending the University of Wisconsin La Crosse! As her graduation is coming up, she has decided to continue her career here at the bank by becoming a full-time CER! Her bubbly personality is contagious, and we are so happy to have her here in the office more!
Out of our six Core Values here, one that stands out to us the most about Skylar is “Fun”! When she is not behind the line helping a customer, she is the first to step up and help with a Facebook post or TikTok! Not only that, but Skylar is always laughing or smiling, no matter what the task is! By having a “laughter is the best medicine” mentality, Skylar has been able to continually add positivity on everyone around her!
Again, congratulations Skylar! We are so happy to have you here and can’t wait to watch what else you’ll accomplish!
