Congratulations to Lydia Lairson on her promotion to a Floating Universal Banker in our La Crosse office! In her new role, she will be able to assist in any Relationship Banker or CER task and she will also travel to our other office locations when needed!
Lydia’s story here at Citizens began in August of 2022 as one of our CER’s and she has continually shown that she has what it takes to get the job done! Whether she is making transactions, interacting with someone in the Café, or making a cup of Colective Coffee, she is always proving her commitment to Citizen’s success!
One thing that stands out to us about Lydia is the way she puts our customers first, no matter what! This is something we value a lot as we strive to deliver the #citizensexperience each day. Being able to build relationships with our customers and go the extra mile for them is something Lydia never fails to do!
