Congratulations to Jordan Gray on his promotion to Assistant General Manager in our La Crosse office!
Jordan’s story here at Citizens began in February of 2020 as a CER and a short 6 months later he was promoted to a Relationship Banker I! He was then promoted to a Relationship Banker II in October of 2022! Jordan has truly proved his commitment to his customers and coworkers each day, which is why we know he will do great in his new role!
One of our Core Values is “Excellence” and Jordan is an awesome example of how an individual demonstrates this. The trust and respect that he has earned from his customers and coworkers is tremendous as he continually goes above and beyond to deliver the #citizensexperience! Putting the needs of our customers first is something we value a lot, and we are so lucky to have an employee like Jordan who does this each day!
