Congratulations to Amy Callahan on her promotion to our Benefits & Compensation Officer in the La Crosse office!
Amy’s story at Citizens State Bank began in March of 2016 as one of our Relationship Bankers. A short 6 months later she joined our H.E.R.O. Department and has continued to grow ever since! Whether she is engaging with a coworker or in the cafe, Amy truly makes each day in the office better!
One of our Core Values here is “Accountable” and she demonstrates this when it comes to handling payroll and benefits! She is always on top of getting tasks squared away and ensuring that everything is running smoothly for our employees! We appreciate this about Amy a lot as payroll and benefits are very important!
Amy also does a great job of incorporating another one of our Core Value, “Responsive.” Here at Citizens, we have a 2-hour rule when getting back to our employees and customers. Amy never fails to respond to emails or calls, which makes her a very valuable employee. Being responsive allows Amy to communicate effectively and get back to employees with any questions they may have!
Again, congratulations Amy! We can’t wait to watch you continually grow here at Citizens!
