Congratulations to Kevin Friederichs on his promotion to VP | Business Banking Officer in our Eau Claire office!
Kevin’s story at Citizens began in 2011 as the General Manager and then in 2016 took on a new role of being a Business Banker! Over the course of the years, Kevin has demonstrated his leadership by consistently having a “Yes I Can” attitude with every task that’s handed to him!
One of the biggest ways that Kevin shows his dedication to Citizens is by traveling to our other office locations. Although Kevin primarily works out of our Eau Claire office, he never hesitates to travel to our Clayton office when needed! This has given Kevin the opportunity to get to know and engage with our customers in various areas of the state which has brought in new business and success to the bank!
Kevin also does a great job with our work hard play hard balance! Whether he is engaging in our bank TikTok’s, going to bank events, or joking around with a co-worker, he never fails to light up someone’s face! Kevin truly delivers the #CitizensExperience and we could not be happier that he is with us!
