We are pleased to announce Heather Koss has been promoted to AVP l Private Banking Officer in our La Crosse location. Since joining the organization over 7 years ago as a Relationship Banker and then moving into her Private Banking role, she has WOW’d many customers! In the Private Banking area of the bank, we couldn’t live without her always going above & beyond her daily job duties. Heather is key in working alongside our business banking team and our business banking customers. She has become a real go-to person for many employees over the years.
