We are excited to announce that Lacy Olson has been promoted to Assistant General Manager in our Onalaska office! Lacy has been helping deliver the #CitizensExperience to the highest standard since November of 2016, most recently as a Relationship Banker II.
Lacy's work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and desire to deliver the best results are what have prepared her for this new role with Citizens State Bank. In her time here, she has shown a commitment to the Citizens Experience and a dedication to upholding all of our core values.
