Shoutout to Jon Trapp for being promoted from General Manager to Training and Development Officer in our La Crosse office! Jon started as a General Manager at the La Crosse office in 2014. In his new role, Jon will have more of a presence in our three other offices as well as assisting with on-boarding new employees. Citizens will miss Jon as a General Manager but knows he will thrive in his new role.
Jon's positive attitude, customer service skills, and bright smile are just a few reasons why he is a great example of the #CitizensExperience. When asked what his favorite thing about working at Citizens is, he replied, "I like working at Citizens because of our customers and co-workers. When I started in Sept 2014, every day was exciting because of all the new people I was meeting. As I started to see more people that I knew coming into the bank as customers, it made me feel at home". Well said, Jon!
