We are so excited to welcome Marty Rosendahl, who is the newest Business Banking Officer in our Eau Claire office!
Marty comes to Citizens with several years of customer service experience as well as banking experience! In his new role he will be working on business loans for customers, building relationships, and ensuring the needs of his customers are being met! His previous work history is a perfect fit, and we could not be more excited to have him aboard!
One interesting fact about Marty is that he made the US team for cross-country and raced at the World Championship in Mombasa, Kenya! In fact, Marty was one of the top nine best cross-country runners in 2007! A few highlights from his experience include drinking Kenyan coffee with fresh goats’ milk (and yes, Marty says that the hotel had a goat for milking), meeting Wilson Kipketer, and interacting with other athletes from all over the world! Turns out that distance running is very popular in Kenya, so when it came time for the race, Marty stated there were about 70,000 spectators and that the trees were full of people for better views of the race!
If you couldn’t tell already, Marty is quite the adventurist individual! He also enjoys visiting and hiking different national and state parks! Some parks he has already been to are Voyageurs National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Smokey Mountains National Park, and 10 WI state parks – WOW!
