McKenly consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive impact here at Citizens. He has demonstrated remarkable dedication and accountability when it comes to managing the IT ticketing support for the company. His unique blend of creativity shines through in his video creations, transforming complex technical concepts into engaging content. Consistently driven by the mantra of 'Never stop creating value,' McKenly contributes significantly to our IT operations, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Always exceeding expectations, his "Yes, I can" attitude makes him an integral member of the IT team!
In addition, McKenly has embraced the role of mentor for his fellow colleagues, offering guidance and support to help them thrive in their roles. His calm and patient demeanor has made him approachable and easy to work with, fostering a positive and productive culture among his coworkers.
McKenly's commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is truly commendable. He has stepped in for Steve when needed, taking on additional responsibilities to ensure the bathrooms are consistently clean and well-stocked, the garbage disposed of, and the office plants thriving! His initiative-taking attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed have made a significant difference to the overall atmosphere here at Citizens.
One of McKenly's significant accomplishments includes spearheading the creation of the "Cavalier Fishing Group" at Western Technical College, a community-building initiative that fosters camaraderie and support among Western students. Additionally, he has been actively engaged in the Citizens culture by summiting funny boards, star recommendations, and effectively promoting the company's values and achievements to the broader community via our social media platforms.
