How long have you been in HR?

For about a year and a half

 

What was your education and career path before you landed in HR?

I got my B.S in Management from UWL - Go Eagles!
I've wanted to go into HR since my Freshman year of college

 

If you weren't so damn good at your job, what would you be doing?

I'd probably be doing something with sustainability and the environment or something related to geography, which are both much different than HR!

 

What's the most inspiring part of your job?

Being in the department that employees turn to for things and that they trust us. Having people trust and rely on you to get things done while also being supportive is a rewarding feeling!

 

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

Sleeping!! I looovveee to sleep and I even slept for 14 hours once
 

When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A Dentist
 

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars here at Citizens?

To go out of your way to make connections and that no growth happens in the comfort zone. Be yourself and do everything with a smile on your face!!

 

If you could invent a holiday, what would it involve?

Something to do with Wisconsin sports and Wisconsin culture because its unmatched
