We're excited to announce the promotion of Tracy Monk to Universal Banker in our Eau Claire office!
Since joining Citizens in May 2023, Tracy has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an unwavering commitment to supporting both her teammates and our customers. What began as a part-time role quickly evolved into a position of increasing responsibility as Tracy continually stepped up wherever she was needed.
Over the past few years, Tracy has become a trusted resource across multiple departments and offices. Her contributions have included leading CER meetings, revising policies and procedures, supporting NuPoint maintenance, managing the over/short report, and assisting with various operational projects that help keep our organization running smoothly. No matter the task, Tracy approaches it with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
One of Tracy's greatest strengths is her ability to embrace new challenges. She consistently looks for opportunities to learn, improve processes, and support those around her. Whether assisting coworkers, taking ownership of important projects, or helping drive consistency across the organization, Tracy's dedication and initiative have made a meaningful impact on our team.
Her promotion to Universal Banker is a reflection of the hard work, reliability, and leadership qualities she has displayed throughout her time at Citizens. We are excited to see her continue growing in this new role and know she will provide the same exceptional service and support that has defined her career with us so far.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with a good book and is an accomplished flutist who still enjoys playing today. She's a fan of PBS programming and often tunes into The Pulse on XM Radio. One item at the top of her bucket list is a trip to Ireland, and if she were stranded on a desert island, she'd be hoping for two essentials: chocolate and coffee.
Tracy, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you make every day.
Congratulations on your well-deserved promotion to Universal Banker! We look forward to all that's ahead for you. 🎉
