Please join us in congratulating Nikayla Dwyer on her promotion to H.E.R.O. Specialist at our La Crosse office!
Nikayla joined Citizens State Bank in August 2025 and has made a strong impression through her attention to detail, thoughtful approach to her work, and commitment to supporting her colleagues. Her ability to approach responsibilities with care and consistency has made her a valued member of the Citizens team.
As she transitions into her new role as H.E.R.O. Specialist, Nikayla will begin expanding her knowledge of payroll and benefits while gradually transitioning from Quality Resource to the H.E.R.O. Department over the coming months. We are excited for her to bring her strengths and experience to this new opportunity and continue growing within the organization. Her new title of H.E.R.O.
Outside of work, Nikayla brings the same curiosity and drive to a variety of interests. She enjoys running, pilates, painting, writing, and reading. Her adventurous spirit has also taken her to Hawaii, where she spent a year learning to surf and farm organically. Looking ahead, one of her goals is to visit all 50 states and every National Park. When she isn't staying active or creating something, you might find her listening to grunge rock, reading a murder mystery, playing cribbage, or cheering on Liverpool.
Nikayla has already made a positive impact at Citizens, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow in the H.E.R.O. Department.
