We are excited to recognize Melanie Kristof on her recent promotion to CER III at Citizens State Bank!
Melanie joined Citizens State Bank in June 2023 as a CER II in our Onalaska office and continues to demonstrate the qualities that define exceptional service and reliability. Through her strong sense of responsibility, commitment to accuracy, and attention to detail [especially when it comes to transactions and customer needs] she has become a trusted and dependable presence in the office. She takes great pride in her work, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and accurately. At the same time, Melanie’s approachable nature and willingness to share her knowledge make her a go-to resource for training and supporting new employees, strengthening both confidence and consistency across the team.
Driven by an eagerness to learn and grow, Melanie actively participates in CER Lead meetings and continually seeks opportunities to expand her skills, deepen her impact, and enhance the overall Citizens Experience.
Outside of work, Melanie brings that same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she enjoys anything on or in the water and embraces new challenges with confidence. She describes herself as someone who can “do anything,” and that mindset is reflected in both her personal and professional growth.
