We’re excited to announce the promotion of McKenna Bladl to Marketing Specialist II, a recognition of the talent, focus, and initiative she has demonstrated since joining Citizens State Bank.
McKenna began her journey with us in January 2024 as a Marketing Intern while completing her Marketing degree at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Even while balancing school and work, she delivered thoughtful, creative contributions and quickly became known for her reliability and strong work ethic. After graduating in May 2025, McKenna transitioned into a full-time Marketing Specialist role and immediately continued to elevate marketing efforts. Over the past year, she has strengthened in video and design, brought fresh ideas to campaigns, and consistently takes initiative to improve outputs. Her organization, planning, follow-through, and ability to learn quickly have made her an essential part of our team.
McKenna also embodies the Citizens culture - working hard, growing continuously, and collaborating with a positive, solutions-focused attitude. And while her work speaks for itself, she also brings an authentic, fun energy to the team. Whether it’s a quick Packers update, a new Starbucks drink recommendation, or recruiting volunteers for a TikTok idea, she has a way of keeping the workplace both productive and enjoyable.
As she steps into this next chapter as Marketing Specialist II, we are excited to see how she continues to grow and contribute.
