We are pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Ulik to Vice President of Mortgage Lending in our La Crosse office.
Since joining Citizens State Bank, Scott has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, deep mortgage industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to delivering the Citizens Experience. His thoughtful approach, steady guidance, and dedication to team success have made him an invaluable part of our Mortgage Department.
With more than 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry and leadership, Scott brings extensive knowledge across underwriting, borrower support, compliance, and team development. At Citizens, he continues to apply that experience in ways that enhance our operations, strengthen collaboration across the team, and elevate the level of service we provide to our customers and communities. Scott’s passion for helping individuals and families achieve homeownership - and doing so with care, clarity, and integrity - embodies the values we strive to uphold. His leadership not only supports the professional development of our team but also reinforces our commitment to creating meaningful, seamless experiences for every customer who walks through the door.
In his free time, Scott enjoys hiking, practicing his creative hobbies, and finding inspiration in a good sci-fi movie. He also hopes to one day take a trip to Ireland.
