We are excited to recognize Marie Varble on her recent promotion to Customer Care Representative II at Citizens State Bank!
Since joining the Customer Care team, Marie has continually demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and growth. She has expanded her expertise in fraud prevention and debit card disputes, mastered ACH transfers, and played a key role in helping recover significant fraud losses. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently exceed expectations.
Marie is also known for her willingness to go the extra mile. She actively seeks out additional training opportunities, enjoys supporting and training new team members, and brings positivity and energy to the department. Whether celebrating individual wins or team successes, Marie truly embodies the #CitizensExperience through her professionalism, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit.
Outside of work, Marie brings a sense of adventure and heart to everything she does. Originally from California, she enjoys summer hiking, loves Mexican food and good coffee, and is always exploring new sounds since her Spotify is all over the place. She also loves going to concerts and soaking up live music, as well as curling up with a good book and a cozy blanket. Above all, Marie’s greatest wish is for her children to be happy and successful.
