McKenly began his career at Citizens in IT support, where he quickly earned a reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, and always willing to help. Over time, he continued to expand his knowledge and take on more complex responsibilities, particularly in the areas of systems, network support, and security. His ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and stay focused under pressure has made him a trusted resource across the organization.
In his current role, McKenly helps ensure our technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and reliable. His behind-the-scenes work is critical to keeping Citizens running smoothly and allowing our teams to focus on delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
When he’s not working on systems, McKenly enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether he’s out on the river fishing or in the woods hunting. He’s also no stranger to adventure—one of his most memorable experiences includes swinging over a canyon in Colorado.
