We’re excited to announce the promotion of Jon Trapp to Vice President – H.E.R.O. Manager!
Jon began his Citizens career in 2014 as the La Crosse General Manager, bringing strong leadership and a genuine care for people. In 2020, he transitioned to the H.E.R.O. Department as our Training & Development Officer, where he’s been instrumental in shaping our onboarding experience, strengthening culture initiatives, and fostering employee engagement across the bank.
Jon’s influence extends far beyond his job title. He’s a leader who lifts others up, celebrates success, and inspires those around him to be their best. Whether he’s welcoming new employees, volunteering in the community, or cheering on his coworkers, Jon consistently lives out our core values and embodies what it means to be 100% engaged.
