We’re proud to share that Chris Pahnke has been promoted from Relationship Banker to Credit Analyst at Citizens State Bank!
Chris has demonstrated remarkable dedication and success in his time as a Relationship Banker. He quickly became a leader on the team, consistently topping the charts in marketing calls and making steady progress toward monthly incentives. His efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail made him a trusted partner for both customers and colleagues, and his “touch it once” approach ensured tasks were completed right the first time.
This well-earned promotion is a reflection of Chris’s persistence, strong work ethic, and the value he brings to the bank every day. As he transitions into his new role as Credit Analyst, we know he will continue to make a positive impact by supporting our lending team and contributing to the success of our customers.
Outside of work, Chris brings the same determination to his hobbies and interests. An avid runner, he once clocked an impressive 6:06 in the Beer Mile — proof of his drive and ability to push himself to achieve challenging goals.
