We’re excited to share that Berit Spilde has been promoted to Universal Banker!
Berit first joined Citizens in June 2021 as a part-time Customer Experience Representative (CER) while finishing her college degree. After graduation, she stepped into a full-time CER II role, where she quickly made her mark through hard work, adaptability, and a true passion for helping both customers and coworkers succeed.
Over the past few years, Berit has taken on extra responsibilities across the bank. She’s assisted the Quality Resource team by catching up on past files, audited new accounts for Eau Claire’s Relationship Bankers, and became a go-to person for digital banking questions. She has also been instrumental in training new team members and championing Citizens products, like our credit cards, always eager to share her knowledge and lend a hand.
Her positive attitude and leadership have made a lasting impact on the CER team, and this promotion is a reflection of her talent, teamwork, and dedication.
Outside of work, Berit enjoys reading and listening to pop music. She has a hidden talent for dancing, loves pizza and Dr Pepper, and hopes to one day attend the FIFA World Cup.
