We’re excited to share that Tracy Monk has officially been promoted to CER III — a well-earned recognition of her dedication, leadership, and attention to detail.
Since joining Citizens in May 2023 as a part-time CER, Tracy has consistently demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence that quickly set her apart. Her transition to a full-time CER II marked the beginning of an even greater impact, as she took on more responsibility and became a key contributor across the board.
Over the past year, Tracy has played an integral role in supporting and strengthening our team. She’s helped train new team members, created engaging Kahoot! games to enhance training sessions, and led the planning of our monthly Lead CER meetings. Her ownership of critical reports—including overs and shorts, BSA, and convenience card tracking—has ensured accuracy and accountability in our processes. Tracy has also conducted second audits on offsets to maintain compliance and precision, all while keeping the birthday calendar up to date, a small but meaningful touch that reflects her thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
Beyond her professional contributions, Tracy brings a team-first mindset and a genuine care for those around her. She’s a reader, a flutist, and a fan of PBS and The Pulse on XM. She dreams of traveling to Ireland one day and, when it comes to island cravings, she’s all about chocolate and coffee—choices we fully support!
