We are proud to announce the promotion of Alyson to Customer Care Representative III, recognizing her many contributions to Citizens and the Customer Care team.
Alyson joined Citizens in June 2024 as a Customer Care Representative II and quickly established herself as a leader within the department. She has taken ownership of morning processing, refining and streamlining procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Her ability to uncover the root of complex issues, create solutions, and implement processes that prevent future challenges has been invaluable to the success of the team.
Beyond her problem-solving skills, Alyson has been a steady source of support and guidance for her colleagues. Whether stepping in during challenging situations or helping train new team members, she brings a commitment to teamwork that has strengthened the department as a whole. Her innovative mindset and dependable work ethic reflect the best of the #CitizensExperience.
Outside of work, Alyson channels her adventurous spirit into rock climbing, biking, and hiking. One of her most memorable adventures was a 30-hour road trip to California, where she and her husband lived out of their car for nine days in Joshua Tree—without running water! When she’s not out exploring, you might find her listening to some of her favorite records, getting lost in a good book, or watching spooky movies.
We are thrilled to see Alyson step into this new role and know that her leadership and dedication will continue to make a lasting impact.
