Austin Courier Promoted to Credit Analyst II

Austin’s journey with Citizens started as a CER, where he quickly proved himself with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity for learning.
Since transitioning into the Credit department, Austin has taken on increasingly complex deals, supported projects like the CVS initiative and periodic loan review backlog, and stepped up to help train new team members. His thoughtful approach, strong analytical skills, and willingness to dive into tough tasks have made him an important part of the Credit team.
Not to mention—his sense of humor and creative icebreakers help keep the workday fun.
