Abby Norland to VP | Private Banking Officer!
Abby’s impact on the Citizens team is felt in every interaction. Her strong communication skills, willingness to jump in, and passion for delivering the #CitizensExperience make her a trusted leader across departments. Whether she’s helping a customer navigate their finances or supporting a teammate behind the scenes, Abby brings a “Yes I Can” attitude and contagious energy to the table.
Abby is known for her warm smile, positive spirit, and genuine excitement to WOW her customers. She’s also a passionate volunteer who jumps at the opportunity to give back—both through bank initiatives and in her personal life. As she takes on expanded responsibilities, we know her influence will continue to grow in all the right ways.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Abby soaking up the sun—whether that’s gardening, reading, or spending time with friends and family. Most days, though, she’s busy chasing joy with her daughter and planning the next playdate or toddler activity. Family time is everything to her, and it shows in the way she cares for others.
