💼 Meet McKenna Bladl – From Intern to Full-Time Marketing Specialist
After spending a full year as our Marketing Intern, McKenna Bladl is officially stepping into her next chapter with us! 🎉
McKenna joined Citizens State Bank in January 2024 while finishing her Marketing degree at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. From day one, she brought a thoughtful, creative perspective and a calm, professional attitude (even when juggling assignments, meetings, and projects all in one day). Her favorite phrase? Slay. And honestly… she did.
McKenna quickly became known for her fresh campaign ideas, killer design work, and behind-the-scenes TikTok magic. She leaned into every challenge with a “yes I can” mindset and never missed a deadline, even with exams on the horizon.
Now, with school officially behind her, we’re beyond excited to see how she’ll grow with all of her energy focused on Citizens. We’ve already seen her talent and commitment firsthand and now we get to fully benefit from her creativity, strategic thinking, and natural drive.
But beyond the marketing, McKenna’s a joy to work with. Whether she’s chatting about the Packers, raving about the new drink she tried at Starbucks, or sharing her fun weekend stories, she brings authenticity and a whole lot of fun to the team.
Her style is equal parts professional and playful. She’s always laughing, cracking jokes, and, of course, asking everyone to be in her next TikTok.
McKenna’s story is just getting started and we’re so lucky to be part of it.
