Celebrating PJ Moua’s Promotion to Relationship Banker
We’re proud to announce the promotion of PJ Moua to Relationship Banker in our Eau Claire office!
PJ first joined Citizens State Bank in 2020 as a part-time teller and has consistently impressed with her initiative, drive, and dedication to exceptional service. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities—coordinating coffee deliveries, assisting with new account openings, managing dormant account outreach, and supporting the team by auditing files and addressing exceptions.
What truly sets PJ apart is her natural leadership and eagerness to learn. She’s someone who consistently steps up when needed and looks for ways to help those around her. PJ is a people person through and through—she takes the time to connect, understand, and build relationships, making her an invaluable asset to both our customers and our team.
