Celebrating Megan Wells' Promotion to Relationship Banker II
We are excited to share that Megan Wells has been promoted to Relationship Banker II in our La Crosse office! In a short time, Megan has become an integral part of the Citizens team, consistently delivering the highest level of service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Megan's depth of experience and passion for customer care have been evident. Known for going above and beyond to help clients meet their banking needs, Megan fosters a welcoming and friendly environment.
Megan’s collaboration with Scott on various marketing initiatives has contributed greatly to the bank's success, particularly with leadership in the Downtown Mainstreet, Inc. gift certificate promotion program. This initiative not only raised the visibility of our La Crosse office but also attracted new business, showcasing Megan's ability to create impactful results.
Outside of the office, Megan's influence extends into the community. As the Executive Secretary on the Board of Directors for La Crosse City Vision, Megan continues to exemplify dedication to service and leadership beyond the bank.
