We proudly announce that Nick Skibba has been promoted to Chief Lending Officer at Citizens State Bank. Nick's impact on our loan departments over the past year has been nothing short of remarkable. His dedication to creating excellence in loan servicing and processing has been instrumental in shaping our lending operations, and his leadership continues to resonate throughout the organization.
Nick joined the Citizens family in 2011 as a Credit Analyst intern and has been growing non-stop with the bank ever since! Over the years, he has shown tremendous leadership in the business banking department, La Crosse, Eau Claire, and surrounding communities. He has built strong relationships with customers and employees who trust and respect him to get the job done right.
Nick has always been deeply committed to ensuring that each customer is treated fairly and receives exceptional service. In his new role, he will continue working closely with customers and our loan staff, striving for excellence in every aspect of our lending operations. His collaboration with the Credit Analyst Manager and Chief Business Banking Officer will remain essential as they oversee the underwriting of business banking loans, loan reviews, and manage the bank's loan policies.
