We are excited to announce that Jill McGrath has been promoted to Director of Business Banking Support at our La Crosse office!
Jill's journey with Citizens Bank began back in March 2015 as a Loan Processor. Since then, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a passion for excellence in her roles as a Loan Processor and Business Banking Specialist. Her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and relentless pursuit of growth and improvement have truly set her apart. Jill's positive attitude and enthusiasm make her a joy to work with, and she has been a tremendous support to both the Credit Analysts and the Business Banking team, always stepping up when needed.
