Please help us congratulate Lauren Lockington on her promotion to the Treasury Management Specialist position in our La Crosse office!
Lauren started her journey at Citizens State Bank in August of 2022 as our Director of First Impressions! In a short period of time, she has demonstrated true leadership and has done an excellent job of delivering the #citizensexperience to our customers!
One of our Core Values here at Citizens is “Engaged” and Lauren does this by contributing to our culture each day! Whether she is conversing with a customer in our café or putting together an event for our employees after hours, she truly goes above and beyond to make an impact on those around her! Another way she is engaged is her dedication to volunteering! Lauren has participated in several Hunger Task Force events, Radiothon, and Mobile Meals! Giving back to our local community is something we value a lot, and we are so happy to have an employee like Lauren who does this whenever she is able!
