Congratulations to Jordan Gray on his promotion to Relationship Banker II in our La Crosse office!
Jordan’s story here at Citizens began in February of 2020 as a CER and a short 6 months later he was promoted to Relationship Banker! As 2020 was quite a year to remember, Jordan made this year extra memorable with all he’s contributed and brought to the bank! Due to Jordan’s work ethic and continual desire to learn, we could not be prouder to promote him to Relationship Banker II!
Since joining the bank, Jordan has been a dependable employee with a “yes I can” attitude demonstrating his dedication to grow professionally in his role. He has built strong relationships with our customers, allowing him to gain respect and trust, which are essential in Jordan’s position!
Jordan has also developed great relationships with his coworkers and continues to implement our Core Values into everything he does! Whether he is participating in our TikTok’s, giving someone knuckles, or eating in the café, he never fails to put a smile on someone’s face!
Again, congratulations Jordan! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch your journey unfold at Citizens!
