Congratulations to Stephanie Hanan who has been promoted to the Loan Processing Manager in our La Crosse office! Stephanie’s story here at Citizens began in 2020 and her journey has been nothing short of amazing! As 2020 was quite a hectic year, Stephanie ensured that her attitude remained positive with a “yes I can” approach to everything!
Starting as a Loan Processor, to Loan Processor II, to now becoming the Loan Processing Manager, Stephanie has displayed great leadership by bringing amazing ideas to the table and improving the processes in our Loan Processing Department! She has had so many accomplishments that have been a huge part of her journey at Citizens, but her greatest accomplishment has been growing and investing in the amazing team that she has! Stephanie wouldn’t be where she is today without her team and the impact they have all had on her!
Again, congratulations Stephanie! You bring so much joy and fun to our office which adds so much to our culture here! We are so proud of you and your growth!
