Please join us in congratulating Sam Nelson on her promotion to Quality Resource Specialist II! Sam has been with Citizens State Bank since July of 2019, most recently as a Quality Resource Specialist.
Since joining the Citizens team in 2019, Sam has been instrumental in improving efficiencies within the bank, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Over the past two years, Sam has accumulated a vast knowledge of retail banking and mortgage escrow. She is engaged in everything she does and is always in on the bank fun! We're excited to watch Sam continue to grow and deliver the #CitizensExperience in her new role!
