We are excited to announce that Caleb Johnson has been promoted to IT Network & Support Specialist II in the La Crosse office! Caleb joined Citizens State Bank in July 2018.
During his early days at the bank, Caleb's problem-solving ability, responsiveness, and strong customer service focus helped him to quickly redefine his standing within the organization from the "new" IT guy to the "go-to" IT guy.
Throughout his tenure, his IT knowledge, consistently high quality of work, and willingness to take on new responsibilities have been instrumental to the successful implementation of several IT projects and initiatives.
Caleb is best known throughhout the organization for his "dry" sense of humor, his team player mentality, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He is an invaluable asset to our IT team and our organization is fortunate to have him.
