We’re excited to welcome Landon Steidl to Citizens State Bank as a part-time Customer Experience Representative (CER) at our La Crosse office!
Landon is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at UW-La Crosse and is working toward his goal of earning his CPA license. As he continues his education, he is also gaining valuable experience at Citizens and building a strong foundation for his future career.
Landon brings experience from several customer-focused positions, including his work at McCoy’s Community Center at Fort McCoy. Through these roles, he has developed skills in customer service, cash handling, organization, teamwork, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
As a CER, Landon will help customers with their everyday banking needs and contribute to providing the friendly, helpful service that makes up the Citizens Experience. His willingness to learn, attention to detail, and customer service background make him a great addition to our La Crosse team.
Outside of work and school, Landon has a strong interest in music. He has participated in concert, symphonic, and marching bands and plays several instruments. He also enjoys playing guitar and has recently started playing pickleball.
We’re looking forward to watching Landon continue to learn and grow, both in his education and his career. We’re happy to have him as part of the Citizens team and look forward to the positive impact he’ll make for our customers and coworkers.
