We're excited to officially welcome Austin Moua to Citizens State Bank as our new IT Computer Support Specialist in our La Crosse office!
Austin recently earned his Technical Diploma as an IT Network Technician from Western Technical College and brings experience in technical support, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and customer service. His strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to support others make him a great addition to our team. As our IT Computer Support Specialist, Austin will help ensure the technology our employees rely on every day runs smoothly and efficiently. From resolving technical issues to supporting systems and equipment, his work will help our team continue delivering the exceptional service our customers know as the #citizensexperience.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing soccer and fishing, and one of the experiences at the top of his bucket list is deep-sea fishing for bluefin tuna. He's an EDM fan, enjoys watching the Food Network, and if stranded on a desert island, he'd be craving Korean fried chicken and a Coke Zero. When asked what he would wish for if he could have one wish granted, Austin shared: "To live a happy, healthy, and wonderful life with my family and significant other."
