Xalene Mills has joined the Citizens State Bank team as a Quality Resource Specialist in the La Crosse office, and she has already become a wonderful addition to the team. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help others have made an immediate impact, and we’re grateful to have her on our team.
Originally from the La Crosse and Onalaska area, Xalene brings a strong background in customer service and support roles. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, accuracy, and creating positive experiences for those around her. Her genuine care for others and team-focused mindset make her a great fit for the Quality Resource team here at Citizens State Bank!
Outside of work, Xalene enjoys crafting, spending time with family, and watching documentaries. She also enjoys thriller and action movies, especially if Keanu Reeves is involved, and cheers on the Green Bay Packers during football season. One of the most adventurous things she has done was spending seven days at sea on a cruise, something she describes as both scary and unforgettable.
In quieter moments, she channels her creativity into crocheting, a hidden talent of hers. If given one wish, she says she would love to pay off her family’s house.
