We’re excited to welcome Karlee Ratzburg as our newest part-time CER in our Onalaska office.
Karlee joins Citizens State Bank with previous banking experience and a demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service. She brings strong attention to detail, a friendly and professional communication style, and a consistent focus on accuracy—qualities that will support our commitment to providing a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.
Her background and approach make her well‑equipped to help customers feel confident and supported while reinforcing the #citizensexperience.
Karlee is enthusiastic about joining the Citizens team and looks forward to building strong relationships with customers and teammates alike.
Outside of work, Karlee enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, fishing, and boating—as well as reading and solving puzzles. One of her favorite memories is swimming with dolphins in Mexico, and she hopes to see Gracie Abrams or Tate McRae in concert someday. She’s also a fan of pop music (especially Taylor Swift), red velvet cake, and iced chai lattes.
