We’re excited to welcome Nikayla Dwyer to Citizens State Bank as a Quality Resource Specialist II in our La Crosse office.
Nikayla brings a strong background in operations, compliance, and client support, with years of experience managing complex processes and ensuring accuracy across various industries. Known for her attention to detail and process-driven mindset, she is passionate about improving efficiencies and maintaining high-quality standards—making her a great fit for our Quality Resources Department.
In her new role, Nikayla will focus on supporting our continued commitment to operational excellence and delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. Her analytical approach and dedication to continuous improvement align perfectly with the Citizens culture of striving for excellence in everything we do.
Outside of work, Nikayla enjoys running and Pilates to stay active and often finds creative outlets through art. Her adventurous spirit once led her to spend a year in Hawaii learning to surf and farm organically—a reflection of her curiosity and drive to learn new things. Originally from Washington, she now calls the Midwest home and looks forward to someday exploring all the National Parks and every state across the country.
