We’re excited to welcome Anne Albrecht as our newest full-time Citizens Experience Representative [CER] in the La Crosse office!
Anne joins Citizens with three years of experience in customer service and administrative support and is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in accounting. Her background has given her a solid foundation in accuracy, organization, and professionalism, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and assist customers with care. Anne’s focus on teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset makes her a wonderful addition to the Citizens team.
Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Anne enjoys swimming and spending time with family. She describes herself as someone who loves a challenge—whether it’s perfecting a skill, tackling a busy day, or balancing her work and studies. When she finds time to relax, she enjoys listening to classic hits from The Beach Boys and watching lighthearted shows that let her unwind. Fun fact, Anne’s hidden talent is that she can do a cartwheel with no hands! How cool is that?!
Her enthusiasm for learning, commitment to accuracy, and dedication to helping others will make her a valued part of our La Crosse office.
