Alex brings a wealth of experience in customer service and operations, making him well-equipped to support our customers with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Throughout his career, Alex has developed a reputation for being attentive, dependable, and solution-oriented—qualities that make him a natural fit for Citizens State Bank. He thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in helping customers find the answers they need while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Alex’s approach to customer care centers around listening, understanding, and following through. He believes that great service is built on relationships, and he’s excited to bring that mindset to his work at Citizens. Whether assisting with a simple question or helping resolve a more complex issue, Alex’s goal is to make banking easier and more enjoyable for every customer.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Alex enjoys spending his free time outdoors and hiking with his wife and dog. He describes one of his most spontaneous adventures as hopping a neighbor’s fence for a midnight swim—a story that captures his easygoing nature and sense of humor. When he’s not out exploring, you’ll likely find him watching the History Channel, listening to alternative music, or planning his dream trip to New Zealand.
