We’re excited to welcome Brooke McWilliams to Citizens State Bank as our newest Loan Processor in the La Crosse Office!
Brooke brings over three years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on transaction accuracy, financial systems, and delivering excellent customer service. She recently earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is eager to continue building her career in lending operations.
Originally from Mount Horeb, WI, Brooke is known for her drive, professionalism, and enthusiasm to learn. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, listening to country music, and finding new adventures—like her two-week stay with a host family in Costa Rica. Her bucket list includes visiting every continent, and if stranded on a desert island, she’d be wishing for tacos and a Dr. Pepper.
