We’re excited to welcome Bella Kaufmann to Citizens State Bank as a part-time Customer Experience Representative in our La Crosse office! Bella joins us while pursuing her degrees in Accounting and Finance at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
Originally from Menomonie, Wisconsin, Bella brings valuable experience from her previous roles, where she developed skills in leadership, cash handling, and customer service. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and drive to learn make her a great fit for our team.
When she’s not studying or working, Bella enjoys reading and taking walks with her roommates. She has a few adventurous stories — like the time she and her friends drove to San Antonio just for a concert — and a few hidden talents, such as playing the piano. On her bucket list? Taking a long trip to Europe with friends. Bella’s favorite TV channel is HGTV, and if she could have one wish, it would be for a million dollars (we can’t blame her!). If stranded on a desert island, she’d be craving a huge burger and an ice-cold Sprite.
