We’re excited to welcome Sydney Niemeier to the Citizens State Bank team in La Crosse! Sydney recently joined us as a Citizens Experience Representative and is already making a positive impact.
She brings valuable experience in customer service, along with strong skills in time management, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude that aligns perfectly with our mission to provide an experience like no other. Sydney is currently pursuing her degree in Finance at UW–La Crosse and is passionate about helping people and making their banking experience smooth and personal.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending quality time with her family. She’s a big fan of crime and mystery shows, and you’ll usually catch country music playing on her car stereo. Fun fact: she once braved a towering roller coaster despite her fear of heights, used to know how to juggle, and dreams of one day owning a hairless cat—and being able to fly!
We’re thrilled to have Sydney on board and can’t wait for you to experience her friendly, can-do attitude firsthand.
