Welcome Derek Robarge – Business Banking Officer
We’re excited to welcome Derek Robarge to Citizens State Bank as our newest Business Banking Officer in the La Crosse office!
Derek brings valuable experience from his time as a Credit Analyst at WNB Financial and as an Asset Recovery Specialist at Altra Federal Credit Union. From analyzing business financials and real estate evaluations to navigating complex repossession and bankruptcy cases, Derek is no stranger to the world of finance—and he’s ready to put his knowledge to work for our business customers.
But Derek’s story doesn’t stop at spreadsheets and loan files.
He’s an avid hockey official, regularly officiating across the state, including at the WIAA State Hockey Tournament. He also loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s running, relaxing on the lake, or traveling (his bucket list includes visiting all 30 MLB stadiums!). When he’s not staying active, you might find him strumming his guitar, diving into a good biography, or watching his all-time favorite movie, Miracle.
Derek’s calm, focused approach and strong financial background make him a great fit for our Business Banking team—and we know he’s going to be a great resource for our customers and community.
