Welcome Brianna Dull – CER II, Onalaska
Brianna joins us as a full-time Citizens Experience Representative, bringing with her several years of customer service experience, a strong attention to detail, and a mindset rooted in positivity and people-first service.
While working full-time, she recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Management along with a Leadership and Management Certificate—an accomplishment that speaks to her drive and determination. Brianna is originally from La Farge, WI, and grew up with a big family—five brothers and eight sisters! She loves relaxing in her backyard, blasting her favorite Spotify playlists, and dreaming about future travels (Europe is at the top of her list). One of her craziest memories involves a high school field trip obstacle course gone wrong, a wild ride back to school with a sergeant, and some unexpected National Guard swag.
If she were stranded on a desert island with only coconuts, she’d be craving tacos… and wishing for immortality so she could keep learning forever.
Brianna’s dedication, enthusiasm, and love for helping others make her a fantastic addition to our Onalaska team.
